REEE Print makes made-to-order 3D-printed pieces in Bangladesh. Pay online through secure SSLCommerz. Delivery is within 5 days, with free delivery on orders over Tk 1,000.

Q: How do I order?
A: Choose a product and colour, add it to your cart, fill in your details, and pay online through secure SSLCommerz. We start printing after payment is confirmed.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery is within 5 days after order confirmation. We deliver across Bangladesh.

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Tk 60 inside Dhaka
Tk 120 outside Dhaka
Free delivery on orders over Tk 1,000.

Q: How can I pay?
A: Payment is prepaid online through secure SSLCommerz. You can pay with a card or mobile banking such as bKash or Nagad. Cash on delivery is not available.

Q: What material do you use?
A: We use PLA plastic for our 3D-printed products. It prints cleanly, holds fine detail, and suits our indoor decorative products. It is not intended for high heat or outdoor use.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Once you order, it goes to production and printing starts in the colour you selected. Please contact us before ordering if anything is unclear.

Q: What if my order has a problem?
A: We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order has a problem, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send clear photos. If the issue is confirmed and a refund is approved, it will be sent within 1–2 days.
