Terms of service

By placing an order through the Reee Print website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and production

Our products are made to order and 3D printed in PLA plastic. Small differences in colour, surface, or finish can occur as part of the 3D-printing process. Unless a product description says otherwise, our pieces are intended for indoor decorative use and should be kept away from high heat and prolonged outdoor exposure.

2. Orders and payment

Website orders must be paid in full through the available online payment methods before printing begins. We start production after payment is confirmed. Cash on delivery is not available for standard website checkout.

3. Delivery and shipping

We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery is within five days after order confirmation. Delivery is free on orders over Tk 1,000. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is Tk 60 inside Dhaka and Tk 120 outside Dhaka.

4. Cancellations and changes

Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification. An order cannot be cancelled or changed once printing has started.

5. Design and use

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, products are for personal use. Custom, commissioned, or licensed designs may have additional terms that we will explain before production.

6. Product limitations

We are not responsible for minor imperfections inherent to 3D printing or for damage caused by improper handling, misuse, high heat, or outdoor exposure. We do not guarantee durability under extreme conditions.
