Return & Refund Policy

At Reee Print, every item is custom-made, so we do not offer returns. However, if your order has a printing defect or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

Customers must report any defects or issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof of defect (clear photos) must be submitted for review.

If the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if we are unable to reprint a defective product.

Refunds will be processed via BKash or bank transfer within 7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Minor visual imperfections that do not affect functionality.

Customer-requested design modifications after printing has begun.

Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
